Hi all,
I have a quick post today just to assure you that I'm alive and still painting my nails. Life has been hectic and I'm to tired when I get home to edit pics in the computer so I've been slacking. For today I have a simple but fun double stamped squared mani. The base color is Nubar Purple Aster and the stamp is from the Moyou London Princess 13 plate and their Pink! and Beach House stamping polishes. Hi guys,
I've been wearing this mani for almost a week (that's definitely a record for me) and I took pictures days ago but haven't gotten around to post anything, so before Valentine's Day is over here you have my second design of the holiday. For this mani I just did a 3 colored gradient using Nubar Pink Lily, Butter London Cake Hole and OPI Coca Cola Red sponged over Wet n Wild White. For the stamp I used MDU Black and Moyou London Mandalas 04 plate. I know mandalas are not valentine's "themed" but there are some hearts in there :) .Hi guys, Just a couple of days left before Christmas and I'm getting more excited by the minute, I've enjoyed so much thinking about designs for the holidays and actually seeing them come alive that I'm gonna miss it. This design I knew I wanted to do but I wasn't sure what color to use as background or for the stamping on the leaves, I tried like 3 different combinations and didn't like any until this one, it's soft and the holly really pops out against the light gray background, don't you think? Anyways, the grey background is Nubar Earthen, and the holly was stamped using MDU Spring Green and 2 Moyou London Festive Plates 06 and 17, the leaves I colored using China Glaze Glittering Garland. Thank you for reading!!
Hi guys, I couldn't resist this stamp when I first saw it and I knew I was gonna make it work even in my small nails. I think it turned out great and the boy and girl kissing is the cutest thing ever, maybe I can re-use it next year for Valentine's and add some hearts with a red background, it would look cute, right? For this mani I used Nubar Earthen as base color and Kleancolor Metallic Black for the kissing stamp from the Cici&Sisi29 plate. Accent white flowers are from the Cici&Sisi 28 plate. I kinda like splitting my images in half and using them in 2 different fingers, it's less work and it looks so good cause they always compliment each other. More coming soon.
Thanks for reading <3 Hi guys, Keeping up with my Nubar untrieds, today I have this gray shimmery cream called Earthen, at first I didn't get the name but once I started painting my nails I understood that this isn't your regular gray, it actually has some yellow/brown undertones that makes it really unique. For the decal I used my Cici&Sisi04 plate and a few other colors. Thanks for reading ♥Hi Guys, Today I have a manicure inspired in Marilyn Monroe, I'm not really a fan but when I saw this stamp I thought it would be fun to use along some old pattern. Base color is Nubar Pink Lily, I used 3 coats for full opacity and to make it even, then I stamped the squared design using Color Club Nothing but Truffle and plate Cici&Sisi04. The Decal was made using the same Color Club polish for the stamp and then a bunch of other colors to paint the decal, plate is Cici&Sisi 11 Take a look. Thanks For Reading ♥Hi guys, Today I'm wearing an oldie polish from Nubar's Spring Garden collection. My boyfriend got me the whole collection awhilr ago and I've been neglecting it long enough. Yellow Primrose is a super light yellow creme with a subtle shimmer, for ages I looked for an almost creme yellow till I found this one. Application was good, 3 easy coats to even everything out. I really like this color, it looks clean and simple, it's so light that you can use almost any color to add a stamp and it's not your plain white.
I got these polishes on ebay, but you can also get them in their website. Thanks for reading ♥ Hi guys!! I have today off which is awesome cause I can sleep, paint my nails and watch Game of Thrones all day yay!! Today I have a white polish from Nubar, it's a palette cleanser from painting my nails everyday for 21 days. This polish is an off white cream, at first it felt a bit watery but it build up great. 3 coats to even out everything. I love me some white polish, it's basic for some great nail art and as sponging base so having this one makes me happy. What's your favorite white polish?
Thanks for reading ♥ Hi guys, Today I have my second Nubar polish ever. This is from the Prism Collection I got a while back. Spark is a brown/taupe color with a ton of silver shimmer, I thought in the sunlight the shimmer might be holographic but it wasn't. It's still a pretty nail polish and the application was a dream to work with. I like this color but I feel like I won't wear it again cause I don't really wear browns. I think I'll try again with a teal/Aqua stamp design or something. What's a nail polish color that you won't wear? Thanks for reading <3 Also, I posted the first part of my nail polish collection videos on youtube. hope you like it. |
