I had no idea what to do with my nails for new year's so after a long consideration I decided to match my nails to my dress and I loved it. I used Rodeo Fanatic from China Glaze and light blue for the polka dots. For the ring finger I used white but you can barely tell the difference.
I made the Polka Dots with the plate BM19 from the Shany nail plates which are the same as the Bundle Monster ones sold on amazon.com but you can use Konad's M79 plate as well.
