Hi, WOW you guys, just wow!! Color me impressed with this nail polish from L.A Girl, I had seen swatches and I knew they were pretty but actually seeing it in real life is a whole different story. Brilliant Blue is a navy blue jelly base filled with tons of holographic shimmer-like glitter that looks like floating stars in the night (it might be similar to Zoya Dream, but I'm just guessing). Application is a dream, it goes super smooth on your nail and even though it's a jelly I only needed 2 coats for full opacity. I swear it looks better in real life, my camera wasn't really picking up the holo effect of the particles. I just love it so much I'm going back to get more colors from this collection.
What do you think? Hello! It's the middle of the week already!? Time goes fast when you're having fun painting your nails, doesn't it? I have another glitter from my Glitter Bloom collection called Raindrops on Roses, like every glitter in the collection it has a clear base and it's packed with red, pink, white, aqua, lavender and iridescent glitter as well as super fine pink glitter that almost looks like shimmer in the nail. The pics below are 2 coats over Essie Size Matters, no top coat. And a glitter close up because I really like this mix.
Happy Monday!! I know the beginning of a new week is always boring cause you're still tired from the weekend and it's hard to start all over so I hope this pretty glitter brings some joy into your week. This polish is from my spring collection called Glitter Bloom (available here) and its a mix of emerald green, teal, light green, silver and gold hex in a clear base. For these pics I used 2 coats over a dark green polish. Close up pic :) I really really love this polish, I don't wanna take it off. What do you think?
Thanks for reading <3 Hi guys, Today I have another polish from my Glitter Bloom collection called Cornflower. This is my second favorite mostly because of the colors. It has a mix of dark blue, cerulean, teal, lime green and copper glitter on a clear base. For this swached I used Essie Bobbing for Baubles as base and 2 coats of Cornflower. This is a close up shot of the bottle so you can see the glitter colors in it.
Hi guys, I'm super excited to show you the first polish of my spring collection called Glitter Bloom. It consists of 7 glitter mixed in a clear base that just scream spring and will brighten your day. Dazzling Veronica is my favorite of the bunch mostly because I love purple and blue together and almost everything I buy has this color combo. In this polish you can find purple, lavender, aqua, and blue small hex glitter on a clear base. The pics are 2 coats over blue. And these are all the colors from the collection. The Glitter Bloom collection is available for purchase at http://fgtpolish.storenvy.com/ each 10ml bottle retails for $6.50.
I hope you like this collection as much as I do. More swatches coming soon. Thanks for reading <3 Hi ladies, I'm so excited for today's post. I've been busy working in what seems like every bloggers dream: they're own nail polish collection and it's finally here!! I've done frankens before but never a full collection that I'm completely proud of like this Christmas one. To start I have swatches of Gift Wrapping. This is a milky white slightly sparkly base with different size holo red glitter and dark red matte glitter. The swatches are 2 coats of Gift Wrapping by itself. No base color needed. I'm in love with how this polish turned out. I've been wearing it for a few days now and I don't wanna take it off. Here's a pic of the full Holiday Collection. I'll be posting swatches of each and every color during the next few days. The price of each bottle is $7 for 10ml +$2.50 shipping for the first bottle and $0.75 for each extra bottle.
If you're interested in buying them send me an email: [email protected] or twitter & kik: @moriesnailart Thanks for reading!!! Hi guys, I'm super excited to introduce you full on my new polish collection from my favorite movie ever: The Wizard of Oz. When I first heard about OZ the Great and Powerful I was a little worried that I was gonna hate it and I was also dissapointed with the OPI collection cause the colors were all so dull and boring. C'mon the Wizard of Oz is super colorful and doing neutrals is lame. Anyways I decided to make my own take on it. Here it is: Glynda Sheer pink base with a ton of tiny pink holo glitter and square pink and iridescent glitter. You can wear it over pink, purple or black. The pics are 2 coats over China Glaze Empowerment. Dorothy Baby blue creme base with white square glitter and small and medium red hex glitter. The pics are 2 coats over OPI What's With The Cattitude. Yellow Brick Road Sheer jelly yelllow base with gold micro glitter and yellow square glitter. Pictures are 2 coats over China Glaze Lemon Fizz. Wicked Witch Green sheer base with green holographic micro glitter and big green and black holographic hex glitter. Pictures are 2 coats over black polish. Munchkin Land Clear base with a mix oof red, blue and yellow glitter in different shapes and sizes. The pics are 1 coat over Essie Absolutely Shore. All of these beauties are now available for purchase here.
Thank you so much for visiting my site and for all your support. Happy Monday guys! I'm on the last week of my challenge, only 5 days left!! I'll probably keep doing my daily posts once I get back from vacation cause I'm gonna have a million new polishes. Anyways for the time being I'm wearing Kleancolor Black Out which is a really sheer black jelly base with micro silver glitter and big hex holo glitter. The base is not pigmented enough to wear it by itself so I used a black polish as base. You could also use a dark purple or blue base maybe. I used 2 easy coats for these pics with no problem. The only issue I've ever had with this brand is that they take forever to dry but I just put on a fast dry top coat and I'm good to go.
I have nothing else to say haha. Thanks for reading lovelies <3 Hey again! This will be the second post of the day, a polish that really surprised me cause I thought it was just another glitter but it's actually one of my fave polishes from the challenge. Be-Jeweled is a mix of super fine lilac glitter with small hex pink glitter that shines like diamonds. I just love it!! I wonder if I should get more of the Gem Crush polishes since I loved this one so much. What do u guys think?
Thanks again for reading <3 Hi, Today I have my first China Glaze Prismatic glitter on the blog. When I heard about these polishes I knew I had to get them all (which I did) and even tho they didn't live up to the hype I'm still glad I got them. The first one I tried is Full Spectrum. It's a pinkish, lavander polish with tons of hexagonal glitter in every color possible. I know these are supposed to be duo-chromes but usually you only the the color difference depending on the lighting. This one shifted from pink, to lavander to silver but. Check out the pics. On the pic above you can see how the polish looks almost like a silver glitter. This last pic was taken in the shade and the polish here looks more purpley than in direct sunlight. Bottom line the polish does shift color but you will see only one color at a time not like with regular duo chromes that you see the degrading of the colors in your nails.
If you wanna pick up this shade you can get it at Victoriasnailsupply.com for $3.50 (Where I got mine) What do you think? Did you get any of the prismatic glitters? Thanks for reading <3 |
