Hi ladies! I made my first Halloween mani today and I'm really liking it. I don't celebrate or dress up for this because it's not a holiday where I live but I'm excited to paint my nails in all sorts of spooky ways. I used LA Colors Force as base color since it's an orangy metallic color I've been wanting to try and the BM 13 for the designs. What do you think? Have you started planning your Halloween manicure yet?
Please leave a comment. :-) Hello pretties, I've been hard at work these past few days trying to swatch and re swatch my nail polish collection to update my gallery and it's coming together slowly but surely which makes me proud. For today's post I have Essie Turquoise and Caicos with a stamp from the BM 203 plate. Enjoy the pics. I used a coat of CND Effects in Teal Sparkle and then stamped the design with China Glaze First Mate. (I have always loved this color combination)
Hello, Friday finally for most of you, the doctor sent me home for a week after my car crash on Tuesday so I don't have to work until Thursday next week. Anyways, yesterday I got my Bundle Monster new plates, a little late but I still included a pic of each plate for those of you who still don't have them. Today's design was made using the BM-201 plate. Hope you like it. Hi all! Yesterday's was my boyfriend's 26 birthday and I was all dressed in black (we have to wear black for work on Sundays) so I, as usual, decided to match my nails to my outfit. I choose China Glaze In The City from their Metro Collection since it's sparkly and dark. Take a look: In the pic above the nail polish looks more purplish and shines like crazy. With less light it looks more black. Also, a close up to the crazy glitter on this polish that has some silver, black, purple and even some redish/copper square glitters in there.
Hi friends! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, I personally have to work so I might not have as much fun. Anyways, today when I woke up it was all sunny and bright outside which meant I needed a bright manicure in my fingers so I used Color Club Yum Gum with a top coat of Sally Hansen's crackle in Vintage Violet that my boyfriend got for me a couple of weeks ago in Florida. I actually like this crackle better than China Glaze Fault Line. This one has a very pretty blue shimmer on it that makes it look way prettier. Here's a close up. What do you think? Did you bought any of the Sally Hansen Crackles?
Hello guys!
Once again it's been a really long time since my last post but it's kind of difficult when you have a new job to settle into and blog at the same time. I have a random schedule at work so now I'm always tired and sleepy and have zero inspiration when it comes to painting my nails. Anyways today's NOTD is China Glaze Peachy Keen+ Orly Coquette Cutie (stamp) +BM21. I hope you like it. Hello!! Exciting day today, I'm starting a new job, yey! For this day I painted my nails with one of the OPI Designer Series nail polishes called Extravagance. It is a magenta with tons of random holo glitter. I added a few stars to the design using China Glaze Passion and the BM 21 plate. Unfortunately I couldn't take pics in the sunlight because it's been raining like crazy here for the past few days.
I'm off to work now. Have a great week! A- Hello! I haven't been posting as much as I would like but it's been a though week and I've been feeling pretty down. It's hard to find inspiration for nail art on times like this. Today I painted my nails pink since it is Wednesday and I used a light pink with a hint of lavender from a Brazilian nail polish brand called Colorama, the name of the polish is Amanhecer. It is a really common brand where I live, you can find it in all supermarkets and it costs around $2. The application was really smooth and no streaky at all, I used 3 coats because my nails are really stained. I added two snow flake stamps, one blue with China Glaze First Mate and a darker pink one with Color Club Gimme a Grape Big Kiss and konad's M 59 plate. Also, in the middle there's a white decoration that I stamped with the BM02 plate. I have a few swatches to post also, but I'm going to include them in a different post.
Hope you enjoy the rest of your week. A- Happy Mother's day to all the Mom's out there!!! Yesterday I went to pick up the two Zoya Summer collections I ordered like month and a half ago. :-) The colors are sooo pretty, can't wait to try them all. The first one I used is Areej, which is a magenta/ pink cream. I used only one coat because the formula was amazing. I added a checkered stamp with my BM16 plate and Color Club Worth the Risque. Here's a pic of both collections. Sunshine Summertime
Hi guys! It's been a crazy and stressful couple of weeks and I haven't been in the mood for painting my nails that much. But, since today is Wednesday I decided to make a post. For today I painted my nails with China Glaze Ahoy!, it's a gorgeous hot pink I've been wanting to use since I bought the collection. I added a stamp on the edge of my nails using Color Club Yum Gum and the Bundle Monster BM11 plate. Simple and pretty. Sorry for today's pics, I know they are not the best.
Enjoy the rest of the week. A- |
