Hi guys, Today I have another cute design from my Cici & Sisi 25 plates. The more I work with the images in these plates the more I like them, they're just too much. This little bunny was made using the decal technique, the stamp was made with Kleancolor Metallic Black and then I used a few colors to paint it: NOPI Selena, NOPI Lay it on the Lime, Nubar Yellow Primrose, and Butter London Silly Billy. Base color for this accent nail is Color Club Meet me at the Rink. The squishy orange polish on my nails is Butter London Silly Billy, I only used two coats for full coverage of this gorgeous crelly and stamped the accents with MDU Bones. The little bow like stamps are actually from the same bunny image on the plate. I'm actually in love of how this design turned out, I think it would be awesome for easter next year (but I'm getting ahead of myself)
Don't forget to check out my full review on these Cici&Sisi plates here. Thank you for reading! ♥ Hi guys, I was recently contacted by the lovely Jackie from Cici & Sisi cause she wanted to use some of my pics (so exciting!) we kept talking and she offered to send me their latest stamping plate set. So here you have it. The set comes packaged in a cute box to protect it from harm during shipping and inside you find the super cute book-like case with a marshmallow like stamper and a metal scraper which makes it perfect for starting nail artists. To be honest I'm not fan of the marshmallow stampers, they don't work for me, no matter which brand I try, so I personally prefer the firm ones and can't say if this one works or not. Sorry! The set comes with 6 plates all with a hard plastic back cover and a blue film on front to protect them from scratches. The designs are super cute and you get a great variety. Images are big enough for long or wide nails, sometimes a bit too big for mine but I still love them. They are properly etched and the images come out crisp and perfect. You can buy it from amazon or the Ciciandsisi.com website. Check out all the plates on the slide show below. the first design I tried Re these super cute kitties from the Cici & Sisi 25 plate. As base color I used OPI Rumple's Wigging stamped with MDU Bones. For the accent nail I used the decal technique with MDU Black and Nubar Yellow Primrose. Love the little kitties 💕 I can't wait to keep playing with these plates. Will you be getting it? What's your favorite plate from the set?
Thanks for reading! 😘 Hi guys, I finally took the time to do my nails and create a mani I wasn't ashamed to post about haha. I've always wanted to do tropical flowers like hibiscus cause they just make you think about the beach and vacation and everything tropical, so I was going through my stamping plates and found these 2 stamps that look perfect. The plate is Cici&Sisi 15 from their yellow set which you can find here. For the base green I used Color Club Under the Blacklight stamped with MDU Spring Green. The hibiscus are decals stamped with MDU Pastel Yellow. I really like how this turned out, maybe I would use a different color for the flower stamp to make the lines more noticeable. What do you think? Thanks for reading ♥Hi guys, Been away for a long time, at first I was just on vacation but then when I got back I barely painted my nails cause there were some stuff to fix here in the house and just now I'm trying to force myself to get on the grove again. I decided to start with a simple design, this was made using the Cici&Sisi02 plate, China Glaze Too Yatch To Handle and Wet and Wild French White Creme, it was inspired by a pattern I saw online but now I can't find it again to show it to you. Does that ever happen to you? I'll go look for more inspiration online for my next mani. Thank you for reading ♥Hi guys, I'm severely addicted to mandala designs, it's like the only thing I wanna stamp and doodle right now, they're just so detailed, complicated and beautiful. For today's post I'm using one of the designs from my Cici&Sisi03 plate that looks like a mandala. I did the pastel neon accent with it. On my pinky I'm wearing Butter London Dark Knight and the pink is China Glaze Bottoms up. Can't you see how pretty it looks and why I'm so enamored with it? Remember that you can check the quick tutorial for my Lemonade Nails on youtube ☺ Hi guys, I have a new and different design for you, following the try more flowers idea I came up with these tropical ones. Since I love doing decals I figured I tried to get a bit artistic and add some accent to my flowers, I actually like how they turned out. The dark green base is Essence The Green and the Grunge stamped with MDU Spring Green and Color Club Kismet using the Cici&Sisi12 plate. The flowers are from the PUEEN72 plate and colored using OPI Live Love Carnaval and Wet and Wild Through the Grape Vine. And if you wanna see the flowers up close, here it is. Thanks for reading ☺
Hi guys, Keeping up with my Nubar untrieds, today I have this gray shimmery cream called Earthen, at first I didn't get the name but once I started painting my nails I understood that this isn't your regular gray, it actually has some yellow/brown undertones that makes it really unique. For the decal I used my Cici&Sisi04 plate and a few other colors. Thanks for reading ♥Hi Guys, Today I have a manicure inspired in Marilyn Monroe, I'm not really a fan but when I saw this stamp I thought it would be fun to use along some old pattern. Base color is Nubar Pink Lily, I used 3 coats for full opacity and to make it even, then I stamped the squared design using Color Club Nothing but Truffle and plate Cici&Sisi04. The Decal was made using the same Color Club polish for the stamp and then a bunch of other colors to paint the decal, plate is Cici&Sisi 11 Take a look. Thanks For Reading ♥Hi Guys, I have an inspired manicure for you today, you know those moments when you finally feel artsy and you get this idea of a manicure by looking at a plate design? Well it happened to me this week and I couldn't be happier with the results, I pulled out my nail art brush and painted away. The base color for this design is OPI Sorry I'm Fizzy Today, I used 3 coats cause I only have the mini version and it look a bit streaky, I'm pretty sure with a bigger brush you can do it in 2. The stamp is from Cici&Sisi04 with Kleancolor Metallic Red. The rest is a steady hand, a bunch of other polishes and my Mash nail art brush. I always show my manicures to my boyfriend and he's starting to get that unimpressed, yet another stamp look but he was quite eloquent when he saw this one so that made me happy. What do you think? Thanks for reading ♥Hi guys, It's just one of those days when I have no idea what to write, no funny stories or quirky comments, nothing special happened over the weekend so I'm just gonna go straight to today's mani. This design was made using all Zoya polishes, the pixie dust is Chita, then I also used Piaf, Apple, Kimmy and Reva for the stamped decal from Cici&Sisi03 plate. It didn't turned out exactly how I expected but it's still is a cool design and the fact that I challenged myself to use just one brand of polish to do it made it a but more fun. Ever challenged yourself like that?
