Hi everyone! I'm really excited for today's post, I've always wanted to try the Essie Gel Couture line, not only for their super fun bottles but because they promise to deliver long wear and gel like shine without the need of a UV lamp or the hard removal after. The line has 50+ shades to choose from and you don't need a base coat, only the color and their platinum grade finish Top Coat. All polishes have a wide arched brush that allow you to get as close to your cuticles without drowning them in polish and also the stem of the brush is twisted as the bottles which I though was so unique and amazing. Their Enchanted collection is a line of 6 polishes with soft and sweet shades for spring. I love them all at first sight event though I was a little hesitant about Princess Charming cause those tones don't look good on my skin tone. Check them out below. You can get them at www.essie.com/gel-couture Daring Damsel: This is a metallic champagne gold, the formula was great, I only needed two coats for full coverage and the brush strokes aren't all that obvious. Be careful not to shake the bottle too much or you might get bubbles during the application. Pics below are 2 coats + the Essie Platinum Grade Top Coat. Matter of Fiction This is the perfect pale pink for a barely there mani, it reminds me a lot of ballet slippers, the formula was great, a bit sheet like these polishes usually are but the coverage was great with 3 coats. Pics below are 3 coats + the Essie Platinum Grade Top Coat. Princess Charming Initially I though this was a pink for my mom or my grandma, a little dated. I did wore it for a couple of days and it grew on my, only concern is that it might not be right for my skin tone. Other than than is a perfect shade, application went smooth as butter and it didn't chip at all. Pics below are 2 coats + the Essie Platinum Grade Top Coat. ** These polishes were sent to me compliments of Essie as part of the #PreenMeVIP program. All posts and comments reflect my own opinion after trying the polishes. Thank you for reading!Hi guys,

Hi guys, I was recently contacted by the lovely Jackie from Cici & Sisi cause she wanted to use some of my pics (so exciting!) we kept talking and she offered to send me their latest stamping plate set. So here you have it. The set comes packaged in a cute box to protect it from harm during shipping and inside you find the super cute book-like case with a marshmallow like stamper and a metal scraper which makes it perfect for starting nail artists. To be honest I'm not fan of the marshmallow stampers, they don't work for me, no matter which brand I try, so I personally prefer the firm ones and can't say if this one works or not. Sorry! The set comes with 6 plates all with a hard plastic back cover and a blue film on front to protect them from scratches. The designs are super cute and you get a great variety. Images are big enough for long or wide nails, sometimes a bit too big for mine but I still love them. They are properly etched and the images come out crisp and perfect. You can buy it from amazon or the Ciciandsisi.com website. Check out all the plates on the slide show below. the first design I tried Re these super cute kitties from the Cici & Sisi 25 plate. As base color I used OPI Rumple's Wigging stamped with MDU Bones. For the accent nail I used the decal technique with MDU Black and Nubar Yellow Primrose. Love the little kitties 💕 I can't wait to keep playing with these plates. Will you be getting it? What's your favorite plate from the set?
Thanks for reading! 😘 Hi guys, I recently bought my first Gogo Only plate from Amazon, it's been sitting on my wishlist forever but I never pulled the trigger and got it till my boyfriend did it for me and I really like it so far. I was worried that the designs weren't etched deep enough or that the quality wouldn't be up to par but I don't have any complaints so far. The plate is huge and has tons of designs to work with, 40 full nail images and 10 small ones, it would make a great first plate for someone starting to stamp or a great addition to any collection cause it has stuff for everyone. It comes in a cute sleeve for safe keeping and with the blue film to protect it from scratches. The images are big enough for larger nail beds and they come out crisp and beautiful. My only recommendation is to use MDU or some special stamping polish that doesn't dry too fast for the finer lines. For my first design I chose on of the ladies on the bottom right cause they looked fun to use as a decal. I had to cut the design in half since my nails are small and it wouldn't fit completely but I love how it turned out. Base color is NOPI Selena; on my index and pinky I added a pattern using this same plate and MDU Bones. I'm really enjoying this mani, my friends at work were really impressed with how detailed the image is and so was I. Can't wait to play around with this plate some more. What do you think? Would you but it?
