Hi all,
Last week I received the Essie Spring 2017 collection courtesy of Preen Me and I was super excited, the colors are beautiful, way bolder than what I expect for spring which is usually pastel shades. There's a little bit for everyone from grass green to several shades of pink to cover all the bases. Hi all,
This post was supposed to go live on Tuesday but unfortunately I had a few interesting days that prevented me from writing the details and setting it live so here it goes. If you haven't seen the first part of the collection, you can find it here. Now onto the polishes. Hi all!
For today I have a simple manicure, I though about doing something a bit more elaborate but I didn't want to cover the beauty of CBL 976-Babe, I mean this is a deep red holographic polish. I don't usually wear red but when I do it has to be something this amazing. For the stamp I used Bundle Monster Rave Babe and Moyou London's Arabesque 08 plate. Hi Guys,
I have the second polish from the Bliss Polish spring collection today, this is a neon yellow creme, it's a really bright but not highlighter bright polish, which only makes it even prettier. The application was a bit tricky, it's on the thick side you it makes it streaky in the first 2 coats but it can be evened out with a third one, I did thicker coats and it didn't take that long to dry but I still wish the formula was a bit easier to work with. Anyways, on to the pics: Hi guys,
I found this old mani on my drafts today from earlier this year and decided to go ahead and post it since I've been MIA for a really long time. (I've missed you too haha) As base color I used Deborah Lippmann All Day Sucker from the spring collection this year. Honestly these polishes are great, application is super easy and you only need 2 coats for full coverage. The stamp is from the Moyou London Enchanted 16 plate with MDU Bones. Hi guys!!
I had different plans for my St. Patrick's Day nails but most of my stamping plates are still in moving boxes (cause I'm moving again on Sunday) so I decided to go for something simple and cute like a green holo gradient using Color Club Halo Hues in Angel Kiss and Kismet (I notice a pattern there) and also I found that super cute stamp on my Moyou London Origami 10 plate. The pattern looks like shamrocks to me so it matched the theme. For the stamp I wanted to do dark green but I didn't have any so I tried mixing MDU Black with Avocado that's why some fingers have a lighter stamp than others, not exactly what I wanted but it's still pretty (don't judge!) Happy Friday Guys!!
I recently asked on my instagram if you wanted to see a spring or St. Patrick's Day mani and you decided spring so here it is. I really worked hard on this mani cause I wanted to use this design as my new banner and I think it turned out pretty cute for spring. The stamp is from the Cici & Sisi 31 plate from their 6th set, stamped with MDU black and colored with polishes from the Deborah Lippmann Sweets for my Sweet collection. I'm really liking the colors and since I'm obsessed with pastels they were perfect. Check it out! Hi guys,
Today I have my first spring mani even though it's still winter but it's been warmer outside these past few days and I got the Deborah Lippmann Sweets for my Sweet collection on Valentine's so I've been dying to start painting my nails in pastel colors because they're my favorite thing ever. I really like dark colors as well and when I see them on other girls nails I think to myself that looks so good but I don't like taking them off cause they can stain your cuticles and be a mess and I'm just lazy for clean ups, lets be honest. Enough rambling, on to the mani... The base color is DL Candy Girl which is a pale pink with violet undertones, some pics might not look it but there's really more purple than red in there, application was easy, just 2 coats. For the flowers I used the same stamp twice, first with MDU Barbie and then with MDU Fantasy. Stamping plate is Moyou London The Pro 06. Hi guys,
I've been wearing this mani for almost a week (that's definitely a record for me) and I took pictures days ago but haven't gotten around to post anything, so before Valentine's Day is over here you have my second design of the holiday. For this mani I just did a 3 colored gradient using Nubar Pink Lily, Butter London Cake Hole and OPI Coca Cola Red sponged over Wet n Wild White. For the stamp I used MDU Black and Moyou London Mandalas 04 plate. I know mandalas are not valentine's "themed" but there are some hearts in there :) Hi guys
I'm back after a hectic January, I basically moved out of my apartment, sold all my stuff and moved to Atlanta, Georgia with my husband. I managed to take some of my polishes and plates with me so I won't have naked nails forever and I'm really excited to start building my nail polish collection again. For today's mani I used Butter London Black Knight as a base cause I wanted something different, not your typical white and pink color scheme, I stamped the hearts with MDU Barbie and Moyou London Pro XL 08 plate. I filled out the bigger hearts using a small dotting tool and Butter London Cake Hole. Check it out! |
