Hi!

It's so hot and sunny here lately (where I live it's summer) that I've been dreaming about the beach for the last few days, all the sand and the sun with an umbrella cocktail in one hand and a good book in another. Your toes and nails painted in some neon call everyone's attention color.... Enough daydreaming!

My nails are inspired by the sea, I used a few polishes for this so I'm gonna list them below:

Essie Turquoise and Caicos, 3 coats, base color
Essie Shine Of Times, 1 coat, flakies.
Zoya Breezi + CH4 for the waves
Sally Hansen Sonic Boom + Mash 35 (starfish) and SH19 (fish)
I love how this design turned out, I feel like the hidden flakies give it that sense of the sun hitting the water in a pool. What do you think?

Hi,

It's finally Saturday and the sun is shinning outside so I'm gonna make this post as short as possible to go out and enjoy a little sunshine and take some other pics for upcoming posts.

For today I have OPI Mermaid's Tears. I got this polish in October at TJ Maxx along with a crackle for like $7 (score!!) and it's my first time trying it out. Let me just tell you no matter how many turquoise/aqua polishes you own they're never the same and I'm so glad I got this one.
This polish is something like a dusty green aqua creme. The aplication was good, only 2 coats for full opacity and you'll fall in love with the results.

I also added a stamp using a blue and a green metallic polishes, I thought you would be able to tell the difference but to be honest it doesn't show much. The stamp was made with my Shany 21 plate.
That's all. Time for me to soak up the sun.

Hello,

It's the second day of the challenge and I feel like I'm already falling behind cause I'm posting everything so late in the day. I'll try to keep up tomorrow and have the manis ready in advance, I promise :)

For today we had to do gold, I initially did a completely different thing but it didn't came up as I pictured it in my head so I removed it and then remembered I had this lovely glitter polish and decided it to used it instead.

This is a polish I got last year at Old Navy (didn't even know they made polishes) and I love it. It's a mix if super small gold and cooper glitter in a clear base, the formula was great, I used 3 coats for full opacity and no top coat since it didn't dry gritty.
Being the stamping obsessed I am I couldn't just leave the glitter alone so I stamped some gold stripes using China Glaze Passion and my Shany SH23 plate.

I love how pretty it turned out.

Happy Saturday everyone!

Can't say mine will be all that happy since I'll be working but at least I have a fun mani to cheer me up.
I wanted to match the color of my nails to my tank top but I couldn't find the right Aqua in my collection so I layered a coat of Orly Frisky with Essie Turquoise and Caicos and then stamped the feather with white polish and the plate SH24.
Do you usually match your nails to your outfit?

Thank you for reading! <3

Hi,

I've been wanting to post a design really bad lately and a couple of weeks ago I received my new plates from Shany (you can get them on Amazon) and I decided to give them a try.

As a base I used Orly Frolic:
Then I added the stamp with SH20 and OPI Lincoln Park After Dark and some white dots with a dotting tool for the flowers.
Will you be checking out these plates on amazon?

Thank you for reading <3
