Hi guys!
A couple of weeks ago I went to TJ Maxx and bought a few fall shades from Essie and Color Club, they were super cheap and even though they sell polish from old collections you can always find something worth bringing home. One of those polishes was Essie Power Clutch that was released on 2012, it's a shiny dark grey creme with green undertones. For the stamp I used a plate from Born Pretty Store BP-L018 and Moyou London's Little Pickle and Silver Fox stamping polishes. Hi guys,
Today I have one of my favorite colors from the OPI fall collection, I am a sucker for purple nail polishes and this is beautiful and quite the change from all the dark, earthy colors. For the crystal decal I used the Born Pretty Store L045 plate and 3 color club halo hues polishes to give it that sparkly effect, it was definitely was more noticeable in real life. Hi guys,
It's already Wednesday and I have a cute mani to brighten the rest of your week. I got sunflowers today, I've been staring at this plate for months but I've been scared to use it in case I couldn't accomplished what I had imagined, I finally summed up the courage and did it and I am quite pleased. The plate is from Born Pretty Store, it has a really long name so if you're interested just look for sunflowers and it's the plate 29, you can't miss it, it's a round one. As for the polishes I used Moyou London Toasted Mocha for the stamp and then colored it in with yellow and orange. Hi all,
I finally was able to blog again after a short vacay and a few long work days last week. So to start the week in a positive note I have a super sparkly and fun mani to share with you. This one took me a few more steps than usual but I was really please with how it turned out, I've seen a few bloggers do the double stamping, holo on top of black and I love the dimension that it gives to the nails and how perfectly imperfect it looks. For this I used Butter London Look In as a base, it's a dark indigo creme, then I added some Chameleon Mirror Nail Glitter Powder from Born Pretty Store, I think it's the 684 shade, since I didn't use gel polish it doesn't look like a mirror but you still get the chrome like effect. As for the stamp it was made with Moyou London's Illusion 08 plate, Bundle Monster Black and Color Club Harp on it. Hi guys, Today I have for you what has quickly become one of my favorites polishes ever. This is Deborah Lippmann Message in a Bottle from their spring collection, it's hard to describe this color, it's like a taupe lilac with scattered holo shimmer that just looks amazing, application was a breeze, even though it's a bit on the sheer side, I was able to get full coverage with only 3 easy coats. I added a double feather stamp using the Moyou London's White and Silver Fox polishes and the Born Pretty Store BP-L018 plate. Hi guys,
Today I have a beautiful holographic nail polish from Colors By Llarowe called High School Was Rough Man (gotta love that name), I've been seeing pics of their polishes forever and I was super excited to finally get my hands on some. For these pics I only did 2 coats and no top coat, the color is a bit greener in real life but my camera refused to get it together and take a decent picture to do it justice. Hi all,
Spring is in the air after last week's storms on the east coast so I'm ready to rock flowery and colorful manicures, for this one in particular I found inspiration from an image online but I can't remember if it was a wallpaper or a pattern on a dress so please forgive my really bad memory. The base color for this is the lovely OPI Spoken from the Heart from the Hello Kitty collection, as you can see from the bottle it's a hot pink jelly, stamped with Essie Good as Gold and the BP 73 plate (Born Pretty Store). The roses were colored in with OPI Breakfast at Tiffany's and Barielle Smarty Pants Pink. Hi guys, I was sent some products from Born Pretty Store to play with and I'm super happy about them, everything is so pretty so expect to see more posts like this soon. The first thing I tried is this round stamping plate (obviously), I got it cause it has some super cute designs to do decals with and also cause I thought the anime stamp was Sakura, then I thought it was Chun-Li from Street Fighter but apparently that's not her either. Do you guys have any idea who she is? If you do, please let me know cause I gotz to know!! The name of the plate is BP-32, as you can see it comes with its own super cute sleeve and it has the back sticker so you don't cut yourself with the edges ☺ For my first mani with it I used the little panda in the top right corned and made a decal with it. Green base color is Maybelline Bleached Neons Lime Accent and I made the leafy desing using Pueen46 with MDU Avocado & Spring Green. Isn't this panda the cutest? You can buy the Born Pretty Store plate here and use the code AGHW10 for 10% off your entire order with free worldwide shipping. Hope you liked this mani as much as my friends did, haha. Thanks for reading ♥Hi ladies, I'm super excited about today's manicure cause it has my first successful decal, I've tried before and failed miserably or the result wasn't as good as planned but not this time. I wanted to do a Hello Kitty manicure to honor all the madness surrounding the new discovery that she's a 9 year old girl, not sure how many girls have cat ears and whiskers in real life but I'm not buying that, she's always gonna be a kitty in my mind, c'mon! it says so in her name. Anyways, I used all Nicole by OPI polishes in this design minus the white which is Kleancolor Winter Waltz. Plates used: Moyou Pro 08, Born Pretty Store M71, Cici&Sisi09. Nail polishes Used: Leapink for Joy, Wear Something Spar-Kylie, The Coral of the Story, Party Bus. I hope you liked this mani, I'm definitely gonna try more decals in the future, it was a lot of fun and the results are great. Now I'm going back to my book. Have a great Sunday!
