Hi guys, I was sent some products from Born Pretty Store to play with and I'm super happy about them, everything is so pretty so expect to see more posts like this soon. The first thing I tried is this round stamping plate (obviously), I got it cause it has some super cute designs to do decals with and also cause I thought the anime stamp was Sakura, then I thought it was Chun-Li from Street Fighter but apparently that's not her either. Do you guys have any idea who she is? If you do, please let me know cause I gotz to know!! The name of the plate is BP-32, as you can see it comes with its own super cute sleeve and it has the back sticker so you don't cut yourself with the edges ☺ For my first mani with it I used the little panda in the top right corned and made a decal with it. Green base color is Maybelline Bleached Neons Lime Accent and I made the leafy desing using Pueen46 with MDU Avocado & Spring Green. Isn't this panda the cutest? You can buy the Born Pretty Store plate here and use the code AGHW10 for 10% off your entire order with free worldwide shipping. Hope you liked this mani as much as my friends did, haha. Thanks for reading ♥Happy Sunday! Hope you all had a great Saturday, I went out with my friends and danced my booty off, so now I'm super tired but I really wanted to post my current manicure cause I love how it turned out and hopefully it can help inspire some of you. I know people have been requesting a video on how I do my stamped decals and I'm gonna work on it I promise, just don't know when yet. For this mani I used my BM 208 plate and all the colors from the Maybelline Bleached Neons collection. The textured blue is Zoya Sunshine which is gorgeous. I think this is a great stamp to try with different colors, maybe different tones of pink or blue, possibilities are endless. What do you think?
Thanks for reading ♥ Happy Sunday!! I don't have big plans for today, just read a good book on the couch cause I'm a bit tired. Do you have big plans for today? I joined a Stamping group on Facebook and every Sunday there's a different challenge, which I'm gonna start posting here as well. Today's challenge is Geometric nails, at first I wanted to do squares but then I saw this stamp and I liked it even better. This stamp is from PUEEN15 plate using Essie Bobbing for Baubles. I used the decal technique to paint the yellow and pink. The pink is Maybelline Pink Punch and the yellow is Citrus Collide. I showed this mani to my boyfriend and he was really pleased with it which is a success since he's a really though critic and doesn't spare feelings. Can't wait for next week's challenge.
Thanks for reading ♥ Hi guys, Things are finally settling down on the home front, I wish I could say the same about work but... I guess you can't win them all. I'm wearing an old polish today, this has been on my untrieds for 2 years I'm guessing, it was sent to me by my friend Nicole from @mynailsmypolish and it's gorgeous but I can't seem to make myself wear read polish cause I dread the removal, lame I know. Ruby Rhinestones is a mix of red and black glitter on a jelly red base, I wore 2 coats over a red creme. Application was easy breezy. I really like how red polish looks and no matter how many red glitters I have this one is unique with the extra black glitter in it. I can't be sure if you still can find this polish but if you do, it's a good one.
Thanks for reading ♥ Happy Hump Day!! As many of you already know today is the 10th anniversary of the movie Mean Girls and it's Wednesday so I found it super appropriate to try one of my pink polishes. I also wanted to thank you guys for all your awesome comments on Instagram, it really makes it worth the time and effort I put into this posts and my blog. Now to the polish (finally, I know!) Pretty in Polka is black and white multi sized glitter in a jelly pink base, I've seen people wear it by itself and it covers nicely but I don't like any visible nail line what-so-ever so I'm wearing 2 coats over OPI Kiss me on my Tulips. Application was great, 2 easy coats and glitter amount on the brush was great. And that's it! Now I'm off to watching Mean Girls cause let's be honest, it's super fun to watch.
Thanks for reading ♥ Hi guys, Lately I've been thinking that I should start using all of my untrieds cause they're piling up on my stash and wearing new polish is always fun so, to start on that I have today Maybelline Mystic Green. This is a duo-chrome polish that shifts from olive green to teal depending on the light. Application was good, I used 3 coats and no top coat for these pics. I'm totally obsessed with duo-chrome polishes right now. What's your fave trend?
