Happy Friday Guys!!
I recently asked on my instagram if you wanted to see a spring or St. Patrick's Day mani and you decided spring so here it is. I really worked hard on this mani cause I wanted to use this design as my new banner and I think it turned out pretty cute for spring. The stamp is from the Cici & Sisi 31 plate from their 6th set, stamped with MDU black and colored with polishes from the Deborah Lippmann Sweets for my Sweet collection. I'm really liking the colors and since I'm obsessed with pastels they were perfect. Check it out! Hi guys,
Today I have my first spring mani even though it's still winter but it's been warmer outside these past few days and I got the Deborah Lippmann Sweets for my Sweet collection on Valentine's so I've been dying to start painting my nails in pastel colors because they're my favorite thing ever. I really like dark colors as well and when I see them on other girls nails I think to myself that looks so good but I don't like taking them off cause they can stain your cuticles and be a mess and I'm just lazy for clean ups, lets be honest. Enough rambling, on to the mani... The base color is DL Candy Girl which is a pale pink with violet undertones, some pics might not look it but there's really more purple than red in there, application was easy, just 2 coats. For the flowers I used the same stamp twice, first with MDU Barbie and then with MDU Fantasy. Stamping plate is Moyou London The Pro 06. Hi guys,
I've been wearing this mani for almost a week (that's definitely a record for me) and I took pictures days ago but haven't gotten around to post anything, so before Valentine's Day is over here you have my second design of the holiday. For this mani I just did a 3 colored gradient using Nubar Pink Lily, Butter London Cake Hole and OPI Coca Cola Red sponged over Wet n Wild White. For the stamp I used MDU Black and Moyou London Mandalas 04 plate. I know mandalas are not valentine's "themed" but there are some hearts in there :) Hi guys
I'm back after a hectic January, I basically moved out of my apartment, sold all my stuff and moved to Atlanta, Georgia with my husband. I managed to take some of my polishes and plates with me so I won't have naked nails forever and I'm really excited to start building my nail polish collection again. For today's mani I used Butter London Black Knight as a base cause I wanted something different, not your typical white and pink color scheme, I stamped the hearts with MDU Barbie and Moyou London Pro XL 08 plate. I filled out the bigger hearts using a small dotting tool and Butter London Cake Hole. Check it out! Hi guys,
Can't believe the year's gonna end this week, I already have a couple of New Year's designs planned to help you get inspired but I thought it was a bit too soon to post them so instead I have an attempt at a winter mani. I actually say this pattern only and tried to replicate it, it's not exactly the same but I still think it looks cute. As base color I used NOPI Goodbye Shoes, which looks teal on the pics but it's actually more dark gray, I stamped the leaves with Moyou London Enchanted 15 and MDU Bones, then added a few dots here and there with a dotting tool. What do you think? Hi guys!
I took a little break from blogging to catch up on some reading and chill with the hubby for a bit, I needed to something different after all the Christmas manis I ended up posting, but I'm back now. I wanted to do something simple so I did this sweater like mani using Orly Snowcone as base color stamped with Moyou London Fashionista 14 and MDU Barbie and Light pink to give it a vertical ombre feel to the stamp. What do you guys think? Hi guys,
Christmas Eve is finally here and I had no idea what to do with my nails until I though of how much I like being warm and cozy with new PJ's after diner and lo and behold the plaid idea popped into my head. I don't really wear plaid but it reminds me of flannel which is as close as you can get. For this stamp I used Moyou London Hipster 06 stamped with MDU Reddish. The black sparkly base is from NailGirls Black #4 (hope they had an actual name for their polishes) with one coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust for extra sparkle. .Hi guys, Just a couple of days left before Christmas and I'm getting more excited by the minute, I've enjoyed so much thinking about designs for the holidays and actually seeing them come alive that I'm gonna miss it. This design I knew I wanted to do but I wasn't sure what color to use as background or for the stamping on the leaves, I tried like 3 different combinations and didn't like any until this one, it's soft and the holly really pops out against the light gray background, don't you think? Anyways, the grey background is Nubar Earthen, and the holly was stamped using MDU Spring Green and 2 Moyou London Festive Plates 06 and 17, the leaves I colored using China Glaze Glittering Garland. Thank you for reading!!
Hi guys, Can't believe Christmas is on Friday already but I'm proud to say that all my presents are bought and wrapped, so in honor of that I bring to you a fun manicure to go with it. I made all designs as decals cause I was too lazy to paint my nails, ao I just painted all in the stamper and then added some base coat to my nails for the designs to stick. I kind of like that technique, no need to worry about screwing up my nails before they dry cause it's all happening in the stamper, makes me feel like I'm being more time efficient. For this design I used a couple of stamps from the Moyou London Festive 06 plate, MDU Reddish and WnW White. The glitter accent is from Essie but I can't remember the name cause the sticker fell off (sorry). Thank you for reading!!
Happy Saturday!! Can't believe next week is Christmas already, time when by so fast and I won't have time to do as many holiday nails as possible so I'll try to post one many everyday till December 25th. For today's mani I have this mitten design that I think is adorable, I've worn this mani twice already, cause the first time I didn't take pics and I had to share it with you guys. The base color is China Glaze Re-Fresh Mint, stamped with MDU Reddish and the BM -H03 plate from Bundle Monster, the stamps are made as decals using a WnW white polish to color the background. What do you think? Thank you for reading!!
