Hi guys, It's day 7 already? Time is flying by and it doesn't even feel like that long ago that I started the challenge again. I'm still super pumped to be doing untrieds again which is a good sign because I'll probably finish my challenge without a hitch. Today's polish is an oldie but goodie, I got this polish on a swap ages ago but never used it for some reason and let me tell you it was a mistake that it went ignored for so long. I Have a Herring Problem is a dusty blue polish with tons of shimmer, I seriously buy every polish with this type of micro flakie shimmer. This was 2 coats. I really love how unique this polish is in my collection. Have you ever neglected a polish and then ended up loving it?
Don't forget to check out my previous untrieds. Thanks for reading ♥ Hi Guys, I wanted to share with you my current manicure in an official post, not just on Instagram because I'm loving it and I think you would too. I'm obsessed with neon and I've been making neon bracelets which lead me to neon stripped nails to match. For this designed I used OPI Alpine Snow as base and my Pueen 004 stamping plate for the lines with China Glaze Sun-Kissed and Orly Va Va Boom. I took a super close shot of the design for you guys to see.. Sorry for the bad pics, I only had my phone with me to take them. I hope you liked it anyways.
Thanks for reading <3 Hi!! Even though here in Costa Rica we only have 2 seasons: Rainy and sunny I still enjoy the changing weather from around the world and it's characteristic colors. Since fall is starting I wanted to do a mani inspired on it with leaves and yellow colors. For the base I used OPI Alpine Snow with a coat of CG White Cap for some shimmer. For the stamping I used plate Mash 44 and a Kleancolor Metallic gold and Essie Penny Talk It's been super cloudy all week so the pics are not the best but I still wanted to share this design with you.
Also, I wanted to tell you that my limited edition Halloween duo is already in the store. You can get it at www.fgtpolish.weebly.com Thanks for Reading <3 Hi guys, This is the final countdown to finish my challenge, it'll be the first one I complete and it's super exciting. Only 9 days left... For today I have OPI DS Reserve, a soft pink with tons of scattered holo shimmer. The weather was not helping when I took this pic so it was super hard to capture the actual beauty. I wish all of the DS polishes were as pretty as this one. I can't wait to see the 2 new colors that are coming out in September.
See ya tomorrow and thanks for reading <3 Happy Monday guys! To help you with the Monday blues I have a super cheerful and pretty polish to show you. OPI DS Reflection is obviously from their Designer Series collection, I picked up this baby last year at Ulta. This polish is a red/pink shade with a lot of holo sparkles all over. I took a bottle shot so you can see all the sparkles. Do you own any of the DS polishes? Which one is your favorite?

When I first took it out to wear it I thought: another pink polish, oh joy...(eye roll). But this polish was so pretty on I actually wore if for a couple days without feeling the uncontrollable need to add glitter or stamp something on it. Here it is: Before I had to take it off I did try a tape design with China Glaze Pelican Gray. My boyfriend actually liked this design, what do you think?
Check out @shaylads untrieds on Instagram and Nicole's untrieds at My Nails My Polish Thanks for reading <3 Hi, I had such a busy day at work today that I wasn't able to write this post, but don't think I forgot :) For today I have a polish from the OPI Holland Collection called I don't Give a Rotterdam (don't you love names with an attitude?) I loved the shimmers in this collection cause they were more the micro flakie kind not the regular ones. Check it: These aren't the best pics cause we've had the worst weather in the last few days, which I hate because it's hard to take good picture.
Anyways, thanks for reading <3 Hi guys, So I almost forgot to post today, can you believe it? I took some pics in advance and I already have them uploaded in my blog so I have no excuse. Today's polish is another polish that was soo hard to photograph, it's a super intense coraly red color but because of that my camera went crazy and didn't pick up the right color. (Sorry for that) I love love love the name of this polish, I seriously got it just cause of the name. If you've been to Miami you know Collins Ave. I added a coat of China Glaze Bad Kitty cause the base colors were similar. Look how pretty. I'll be back tomorrow with another untried. Cya.

It's day 7 of the challenge, I can't believe it's been a full week since I started this, it doesn't feel that long and I'm still super pumped about it. Today I'm wearing OPI Elephantastic Pink, this polish I got on a swap and it was on my wish list for a long time. It's everything I hoped it would be lol! For these pics I'm wearing 2 coats. The polish is not as bright as it appears in the pics but my camera went crazy for some reason and I could not fix it. I added some strawberry stamp using my Cheeky plate CH 45 and China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy for an extra WOW factor. Next time I'll remember to take pics in the shade in order to have an accurate pic of the color, I promise.

I'm working from home today and that means catching up on my blog during my breaks or downtime, woohoo! I've been noticing that for this year I've wearing a lot of pink, purple and aqua colors on my nails and I want to diversify really. Today tho, it's not the day to change. I am wearing 2 coats of OPI Bubble Bath which is the best nude/barely there color and some flowery stamp using Zoya Dawn. I painted my ring finger with Zoya Dawn and stamped it with a white polish to give an accent to the manicure. What are your go to colors right now? Also, if you want me to use some other colors on my nails, I am seriously open to suggestions, in fact I encourage it.
Thanks for reading <3 |
