Hi guys,
It's already Wednesday and I have a cute mani to brighten the rest of your week. I got sunflowers today, I've been staring at this plate for months but I've been scared to use it in case I couldn't accomplished what I had imagined, I finally summed up the courage and did it and I am quite pleased. The plate is from Born Pretty Store, it has a really long name so if you're interested just look for sunflowers and it's the plate 29, you can't miss it, it's a round one. As for the polishes I used Moyou London Toasted Mocha for the stamp and then colored it in with yellow and orange. Hi guys,
With the summer getting closer by the day I'm starting to dust off my bright polishes for the season and I found this little gem in my stash. Butter London Sunnies has the perfect name, is a super bright sunflower yellow cream. Application was super easy, only 3 coats for coverage. For the double stamped leaves I used Moyou London's Tropical 14 and the Winter Green and Ever Green stamping polishes. Hi all,
I finally was able to blog again after a short vacay and a few long work days last week. So to start the week in a positive note I have a super sparkly and fun mani to share with you. This one took me a few more steps than usual but I was really please with how it turned out, I've seen a few bloggers do the double stamping, holo on top of black and I love the dimension that it gives to the nails and how perfectly imperfect it looks. For this I used Butter London Look In as a base, it's a dark indigo creme, then I added some Chameleon Mirror Nail Glitter Powder from Born Pretty Store, I think it's the 684 shade, since I didn't use gel polish it doesn't look like a mirror but you still get the chrome like effect. As for the stamp it was made with Moyou London's Illusion 08 plate, Bundle Monster Black and Color Club Harp on it. Hi guys,
I know I've been posting a lot of Essie shades lately but it's only because they're untrieds and colors that really caught my attention in the last couple of months. For today's post I have Essie Chillato which is a pastel yellow creme with a hint of green, it's something in between because next to yellow it looks more green and vice versa. I added blue feather stamps using the Moyou London Tropical 20 plate and their Blue Velvet and Ever Green polishes. My pointer and pinky fingers also have an extra sparkle that I did using the CBL Blue Skies stamping polish. Hi guys,
Today I have a lovely polish and design perfect for the summer time (I meant for that to rhyme). Nothing's better about the summer than being by the water and this polish reminds me exactly of that with the sparkly aqua shade. I added a pineapple accent nail using the Moyou London Tropical 09 plate, and a few different stamping polishes for the decal and accent leaves. I really like how it turned out, I just wish the green was more intense so it's not as similar as the yellow waves. What do you think? Hi all,
I'm wearing this intense red jelly polish today that's filled with iridescent shimmer and glitter from Pahlish. I've seen their polishes online and I've been wanting to try them for sometime and they didn't disappoint. These swatches are with only 3 coats, it might sound like a lot but for a jelly that's impressive. The color is less orange more red toned in real life. Hi all,
Today I'm wearing this beautiful pastel blue creme from Nails Inc, I got in on sale at TJ Maxx a while back and I've never used it until now. This polish was amazing, went on like butter and I only needed 2 coats for full coverage, I honest didn't expect it to be anything more than a pretty color but I was impressed. Hi guys, Today I have for you what has quickly become one of my favorites polishes ever. This is Deborah Lippmann Message in a Bottle from their spring collection, it's hard to describe this color, it's like a taupe lilac with scattered holo shimmer that just looks amazing, application was a breeze, even though it's a bit on the sheer side, I was able to get full coverage with only 3 easy coats. I added a double feather stamp using the Moyou London's White and Silver Fox polishes and the Born Pretty Store BP-L018 plate. Hi guys,
I have a lovely crelly glitter mix today. I got this on the ATL polish even and I haven't had the chance to wear it until now. Salt Water Taffy is a light blue crelly with a mix yellow, teal, orange, white and periwinkle matte jelly in different sizes. Application was great, I used 3 coats for full coverage and formula was easy to work with, the only thing is I wish there was more glitter on my nails, the polish is a bit thick so it almost covers the glitter from previous coats. Hi all,
Being that today is 5 de Mayo and all and since I didn't remembered until it was too late I decided to go with a colorful tropical manicure. This was inspired by the picture of a bathing suit I saw from Victoria Secret. As base color I used this super sparkly black polish from Essie called Tribal Text-Styles, it has that type of small flakies shimmer that makes it look almost metallic and gorgeous. This was 2 coat. |
