Hi all,
This post was supposed to go live on Tuesday but unfortunately I had a few interesting days that prevented me from writing the details and setting it live so here it goes. If you haven't seen the first part of the collection, you can find it here. Now onto the polishes. Hi guys!
I have another polish from my indie haul on the blog today. When I first say this one I knew I wanted it, the color shift of the glitter in the bottle looks amazing and the dark plum base just made it perfect. Fire Nebula has a dark plum jelly base, it's not too dark as it to appear black but it is dark enough for you to wear it by itself without the need of a base color, application was good, I used 3 coats for the swatches below. The glitter on the bottle shifts from green, gold, copper and a darker red depending on the angle of the light but that wasn't as visible on the nails, at least not on mine, I could only see copper and some hint of gold but it didn't make it any less beautiful. Hi all,
I'm wearing another polish that I got at the Indie Shop event in Atlanta (if you haven't seen my haul video you can check it our here ) . I tried to buy at least one polish of each brand to test them all and from Chaotic Glitz I got 2 different shades, the first one is the green base called Lollipop Sweetie and the second one which is the bottle below is called Kawaii. They had swatch wheels on their stand and this is how the presented Kawaii so I just got them both. The polishes have a good formula, not too thick and not too sheer, I had a really good glitter return with Kawaii, the photos below are only 2 coats and top coat. Hi all!
For today I have a simple manicure, I though about doing something a bit more elaborate but I didn't want to cover the beauty of CBL 976-Babe, I mean this is a deep red holographic polish. I don't usually wear red but when I do it has to be something this amazing. For the stamp I used Bundle Monster Rave Babe and Moyou London's Arabesque 08 plate. Hi Guys,
I have the second polish from the Bliss Polish spring collection today, this is a neon yellow creme, it's a really bright but not highlighter bright polish, which only makes it even prettier. The application was a bit tricky, it's on the thick side you it makes it streaky in the first 2 coats but it can be evened out with a third one, I did thicker coats and it didn't take that long to dry but I still wish the formula was a bit easier to work with. Anyways, on to the pics: Hi guys,
I've been MIA forever but I think I finally got my life together and my nail polish mojo back so I really want to get back to blogging, going to the Indie Shop Event in Atlanta a couple of week ago helped a lot as well. If you want to see what I thought and what I got on the event go check out my haul video here. For my first indie polish post even I have this beautiful light blue creme from Bliss Polish called Too Yacht For You. I love the color, it's a little more dusty in real life but still gorgeous, application was ok, it as a bit on the thick side but that meant I only needed 2 coats for full coverage, it also made me wonder if it would be a good option for stamping so I might try that later. This polish is part of their spring collection, all of the colors are beautiful milky neon cremes that I couldn't pass, if you want to get this shade or the collection you can go to their website here, their polishes are $9 each for a Now on to the swatches: Hi guys,

Hi guys, At the beginning of the year I had to leave most of my nail polishes behind because I moved and I wanted to update you on which ones I took with me and which ones are new to the tribe. Hope you like it! Hi guys,
I found this old mani on my drafts today from earlier this year and decided to go ahead and post it since I've been MIA for a really long time. (I've missed you too haha) As base color I used Deborah Lippmann All Day Sucker from the spring collection this year. Honestly these polishes are great, application is super easy and you only need 2 coats for full coverage. The stamp is from the Moyou London Enchanted 16 plate with MDU Bones. Hi guys!!
I had different plans for my St. Patrick's Day nails but most of my stamping plates are still in moving boxes (cause I'm moving again on Sunday) so I decided to go for something simple and cute like a green holo gradient using Color Club Halo Hues in Angel Kiss and Kismet (I notice a pattern there) and also I found that super cute stamp on my Moyou London Origami 10 plate. The pattern looks like shamrocks to me so it matched the theme. For the stamp I wanted to do dark green but I didn't have any so I tried mixing MDU Black with Avocado that's why some fingers have a lighter stamp than others, not exactly what I wanted but it's still pretty (don't judge!) |
